I am an out-of-network provider. However, I will provide you with the necessary documentation so you can submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement benefits and rates.​
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, credit cards, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service. ​
Do you do in-person or virtual meetings?
